Lighting was all added by manually flashing subject with a strobe in hand walking around the scene in a 30 second exposure. No modifiers, just straight flash using the test button on the speedlight. Canon 5D Mark III, 580ex II flash, 50mm f/1.2L lens. Light coming from the upper right was a street light. Extremely windy during photoshoot.. in fact, we got kicked out by the park ranger cause of the danger in trees falling.
