Two Alienbees B800's with 40 degree grids up high facing down. One is setup as a back light, you can see it lighting up the top edge of the mirror. Then the main light is camera left, up high again facing down. You can see a behind the scenes pic below to see the setup better. Photo taken with a 5D Mark II and radiopoppers to trigger the Alienbees. It actually took a while to setup this shot cause everywhere we stuck the lights looked lame until we eventually stuck the light really high and it gave the best result.

For this photoshoot, I used an "onion skinning" technique where I took one photo with the black shirt and the canon camera, then using software on the computer, overlayed the photo over a live view image of the camera so you can realign your body in the exact same position as the previous shot. Then you take the next photo (the one in white). Then the 2 images are photoshopped together. The software I used is from www.breezesys.com/DSLRRemotePro.
