I took my pic today, with a new light setup I've never used before. After I was completely done with editing the photo, I realized it looked almost exactly like a photo from a couple weeks ago (except against black instead of white). So, instead of uploading something so close to the previous image, I chose one of the shots of me just messing around when I was setting up the lights.

60" White Shoot Through Umbrella with Alienbees B800 on camera right, right next to me. 580ex II right behind me, zoomed in to 105mm, facing the back of my neck, set to the lowest power. Another 580ex II facing the background on camera left, behind the other 580ex, with snoot zoomed into 105 to get a spot light on the background.

I did something new today that made things a lot easier, and I don't know why I never thought of it before. I have multiple RadioPopper Transmitters that attach to the hot shoe of my camera. I have one set to be the master and the other two set to be the assistant triggers. This makes it so only one trigger controls the lights output power with the dials and the other two triggers have the dial updates disabled. This is used when you have two photographers setting off the same lights, only one transmitter is set to adjust the power. Anyways... what I did was put the assistant trigger on the camera, and I held the main trigger in my hand. This means now I can control the output of each flash directly from the trigger in my pocket / hand.
